PNR FAQ

Q: Does the Park 'n Roll Festival cost anything to get in?
A: No, there is no cost to enjoy the festival and taste cookies, watch demonstrations, listen to music, play name that tune, skate on the outdoor 'rink', or have fun. To skate in the races, skate challenge, half-marathon, 5K, etc, you DO need to register online and pay that fee.

Q: Is the race advertised a running race?
A: No, we only allow skaters (inline, quad, rec skaters) to participate in the races due to safety and insurance reasons.

Q: Will there be food there?
A: Since this is a free festival, at this time we are only providing free cookies through the cookie bake-off, and we have one food sponsor who will be serving samples. We will be trying to get volunteers to bring fruit and healthy snacks for the racing skaters, however we can't guarantee there will be enough leftovers for the general public. We will be trying to over estimate our attendance, but from the response we've had the event may be larger than expected.

Q: Are we allowed to take pictures?
A: YES! But if you don't want to drag a camera along, rest assured that we have a professional photographer (our featured artist) who will be taking photos and posting them for people to purchase at a VERY reasonable cost. We hope that if you do take pics, that you would be generous enough to share them with us on Facebook. :-)
