All media types are accepted. (Depth is restricted to approximately one inch from front of poster board.)

The poster and slogan must be original concepts, created by the students of your high school.

The poster should be artistic, positive in approach, and focus on wellness.

The themes of the Park n Roll festival are:

·         the health benefits of roller skating (indoors, outdoors, inlines, and/or quads)

·         using the Portage bike and hike trails (walking, biking, skating, etc.)

·         good nutrition (sport nutrition, balanced diets, nutrition education)

Incorporating all three of these themes is ideal, however a well designed poster of two or less is allowed.

The judging will be done by the general public using a ticket system. (to be determined) The more students that you encourage to attend the event, the more votes you can get for your own high school! We will encourage judging to be based on:

·         Quality of design

·         Creativity and originality of the artwork

·         Creativity and originality of the slogan

·         Appropriate theme using “positive” approach
